Mara's Memos
Now is the time to decide about enrollment for next school year. Registration will begin shortly for our A Beka classes (Threes and Fours) for next school year. When you get a letter about registration, you can come to the office and pay your nonrefundable and nontransferrable book fee to hold your slot. The current book fee is $65 for threes and $80 for the four year olds. Prices could go up at any time if A Beka raises their prices. If you do not pay the book fees by April 30th, we can't guarantee you a spot for next school year. Our new school year begins August 3rd. We will be opening registration to the public in May. If your child is currently in the Butterflies or Lions class and going to Kindergarten next year, please let us know ASAP when your child's last day will be. It must be no later than July 30th as we are closed July 31st for our teacher workday. We will not have room for them once our new school year begins. All other classes: we will assume you will be here next school year and save a spot for your child unless you tell us differently. If you plan on leaving us, we require a written 2 week notice in advance. There are no book fees for the younger classrooms.

Things to Remember
* Make sure you have a complete change of spring clothes, including socks, in your child's cubby.
* Keep a light jacket/sweatshirt in the cubby year round. Sneakers recommended. No drop off during nap time.
* No drop offs after 9:30 am without a doctor's note. You must call before 9:30 am to let us know if you will be late and bring in the doctor's note.
* Tuition is due on Mondays. A $4 late fee will be added at noon starting on Wednesday and every day thereafter until the balance is paid
in full. The credit card swipe fee is $3 every time a card is used.
* Please send in a labeled water bottle every morning.
* We go outside every day. Please apply sunscreen in the mornings before dropping off your child. If you want us to reapply sunscreen in the afternoon, you must fill out a medication authorization form. Do not leave sunscreen in your child's cubby.
